Great Information - Easy to Apply

This book explains how to understand the limbic system and involuntary movements humans make in great detail. Then it explains what they mean in a way that’s easy to understand and apply to real life situations.

A lot of great everyday advice for better interaction with people.

Great book to get a basic distancing of body language. This is especially useful if you work in people facing professions but can absolutely help in everyday life as well. I have read multiple Joe Navarro books and while a lot of the content is similar I have found it extremely helpful to go back to one of his books every so often to refresh the ideas that he discusses.

KEPT ME INTERESTED

Would you consider the audio edition of What Every BODY Is Saying to be better than the print version?

I did not read the printed version but the audiobook was not bad at all.

What did you like best about this story?

The book itself is well paced. The author keeps you interested by giving you snapshots of things to come.

What about Paul Costanzo’s performance did you like?

He did the best with what he had.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No. It got a bit tedious at times and every now and then I did get the impression the author was padding to make up a required word count. All that said it was worth the listen.

Any additional comments?

I had hoped he would examine certain aspects of body language in more detail but this was not the case. I would say this book is an excellent introduction or guide to those not at all familiar (as I was) to the subject. This is a worthy buy.
