The title should be "Thoughts of a Billionaire"

While there was much interesting information and things to learn from the book was not what I thought it would be. There was a lot of random sections I did not expect.

Entertaining

As I listen to this book, I picture The Donald dictating from the back of his limo the pearls of wisdom that he has gathered throughout his life. This is not a step-by-step book, but a "how Donald Trump views life" book. The book rambles a bit but is entertaining because it's written as if the author were talking to you directly. Some of the stories and proverbs are built-in advertisements for Mr. Trumps loyal clients. Some of the information is not practical or applicable to the average Joe, but I find myself drawn to Donald's style and charisma.

First half was the best

The first few chapters were just great. He goes on to journal his own activities. Interesting as it may be, I don't know how it has anything to do with thinking like a billionaire. I suppose he's just showing how he enjoys life.

1st half awesome, 2nd half was a waste of time

The ideas and meat of this book took the first 3hrs ... I really enjoyed this part and it was worth the price of the book. the second half gets into what is the best of everything (cars, wine etc) and the next section was "a week in the life of trump" it was as if they were reading from his agenda ... both a big waste of time.

A Great Promoter !

I like Trump, he is a brilliant promoter , even though he claims he is only a builder..The truth is this book contains only 1 hour of how to to be a billionaire , the rest is self promotion. I enjoy listening to him, he is entertaining, that is why his show the Apprentice is so successfull. So if you get a kick out of listening to how The Donald makes phone calls and drops names this is for you.
If not forget it.

Balloons fill with hot air

It starts out a great book, just the kind I was looking for. Informative on real estate, while refering to basic underlying skills and behind the scenes experience.

Then the Apprentice came, just like his first book. Man, then it was a week in the life. I'm sorry, bit he is content with sleeping 4 hours and working all day with his money. Maybe he will reorientate his goals later in life, but I don't want to hear about it for half of the book.

Talk more about facts, and what made you a billionaire... less plugs for NBC.

an OK book

This book is not much more than the Don spilling out the contents of his head onto audio. I enjoyed it, but mostly to see how a billionaire thinks, not so much for his help on how to get there. He has a huge ego, but why not... he's Donald Trump! Alot of opinions how how to order at a restaurant and he likes his suits, not so much a step by step help on how to conquer the real estate world. It's still a good book, but only if you go into it with that in mind.
