Reinforcing Solid Principles

My second time through this work, it was meaningful as the first. Excellent reinforcement.

Disappointed !

Terribly boring book that talks about the same thing over and over again just using different words and not giving any usable advice. The endless paeans of praise about Buffet and American companies are fun at first but get pretty annoying after 2-3 hours.

Writing a whole book about "Buy a good business and everything will be fine" is quite an accomplishment though.

90% of the book is about this sentence: Buffet is great and companies that make money and have a future are great.

Thanks a lot !

Not as good as it looks like

I am not quite sure if this book is reviewed or approved by Warren Buffet. I don't believe the "way" described in the book is the "Way" Warren Buffet get rich. 30% a year investment return, is not good enough to make Warren a billionare. so , what make Warren a billionare, wah, the book did not tell you!

Pearls of wisdom in a sea of detail

This title provides significant historic detail and is not structured as a "How To" audio as the title suggests. The valuable pearls of wisdom are hidden in the detail.
I found this audio weakly structured and cumbersome.

Not for me

You need to have more than average knowledge in order to like the book. This book isn't suited as a audiobook, to complicated to listen to in a car.
Didn't give me as much as Donald Trumps books.

Boring...

This audio book is pretty boring. I think it must have informative material in it, but I'm having a hard time focusing on that material. Usually I just hear words without actually listening, in an attempt to finish the book. I probably won't finish it--it's gotten to be too much at 6 hours already.

I made a huge mistake in getting the unabridged version, maybe if I got abridged I would have had a markedly better experience. I thought I would get more bang for my buck with more listening time, but boy was I wrong, it's just not worth the dreariness. I think I will get all abridged audiobooks from now on because of this book. I can't have another experience like it.
