I realize that my financial well being was based on cash flow, not wealth. If something happened I would have been in a precarious situation. Listening to this book caused something to click and I have begun to take control of my personal finances and make my money work for me instead of working for my money.

My brother gave this to me in CD about 5 years ago. I can only think how much farther ahead I would be had I listened to it then. Everyone should listen/read this.

Solid advice

I was given Larry Burkett s book for young couples as a wedding present. We have never had credit card debt or car loans. We should have invested more for retirement and college. But still haven’t been a slave to our home or job and I’m thankful. Dave gives the same sound advice

Dave is the best

Dave is the real deal, the day I started listening to Dave is the day I have found some direction in my life when it came to money. I was already at baby step 3 without knowing it. But I have found the intention and purpose piece behind what I was doing so instead of having 2-3 credit cards, I BROKE UP WITH DEBT MAY 2018 for the very first time for good. I've found a name for my savings, I called it emergency fund. My retirement account was sitting in a traditional funds account and being scared money (G Funds of TSP) but I did the switch to Roth and took my 10% to 15% after making rank in the military which equaled to making more money. I do not have my twin as yet but when I do, I already know how to go about their college funding. Currently at baby step 6 and I was chilling acting like I didn't know what to do next but this audio cleared it all up for me once again. Been paying on my mortgage for 2 years now, I will do the math and treat it as a 15 year loan rather than 30. I am currently 33 years old and I want to become a MILLIONAIRE by age 40, this is the goal. So once again I have found my direction in life when it comes to money so here I am. I AM GOING TO LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE SO LATER I CAN GIVE AND LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE
