Awesome book! Learned alot. Lots of helpful ideas but alot of it is common sense and hard work.

Straight Talk

After listening to this audiobook, I was amazed on the quality of The Total Money Makeover philosophy. I agree with other critics that the audiobook demonstrates ideas and illustrations that are direct and blunt (not for wimps). This author deals with offering straight talk about personal financial management and taking responsibility one's financial choices. The author offers a five step plan that is practicial and easy to start.

plan to be secure

This is an excelent book on how to plan and act to be secure in life, with many very practical steps. But when you read Think and grow rich, Robert Kiyosaki's books or Mr.Trump's Think big, you experience a totaly new world of possibility, constant self transendance and fulfilment that require going beyond one's comfort zone and goal of being secure.

Abridged version

I should have looked at the runtime- the audiobook is the abridged version not the full version so be aware before purchasing. That said, I enjoyed the book and animated narration.

Eye opening

this was suggested as a read for pre marital counselling, and certainly wish I had found it long before.

Best Financial Awareness Book EVER

I know some people may not appreciate the tone of Dave Ramsey, but I LOVE IT! I want to send him a love letter telling him that I get it! HE is the only honest person in my life right now that wants me to succeed. Financial success takes sacrifices and Dave Ramsey lays it out in a way that is super comprehensive. After listening to this audiobook no one can say that they can’t fix their financial situation. Step by step it’s all here. It won’t be easy, but it WILL be worth it! By listening to this audiobook I was able to recognize some dumb habits and start gearing myself up for financial freedom! Here we go!

Really good principles

I am 26 and i bought the TTM workbook to go along with the auto because i want to learn how to build my wealth but also find different ways to pay for my car without a note this time around. I have mostly medical debt and student loans but i do want to be the 1st in my family to be debt free and financially stable. This have given me the tools and principles I needed to getting my financial health in order.
