Go back to the book! Mindfulness + this book!
Every now and then go back and listen to the complete book. It will serve you well and you will remember important points. I don't think this is a book you should listen once, you should practice and listen to the book every once in a while. I would also recommend doing meditation and mindfulness for the complete full life-changing experience!

Shorter thought provoking book
This is a shorter book than my usual Audible finds, but it is filled with useful suggestions and guidance. This is narrated by Chopra which could be a challenge for some as he has a moderate accent. However, I rarely had any difficulty understanding him. I found his seven laws to be occasionally difficult to comprehend at first, but he provided good examples that helped me better understand each law. I expect to listen to this one over and over again. I expect this to be one of those books that you get something different out of it every time that you listen.

Life-Changing Practices
This book is a fast read and easy to understanding your mind is open to its wisdom. The information you will obtain from it will provide the path to your self-actualization. The book does a very good job at explaining the content then depicts specific ways for practice and incorporating the seven laws into everyday life. Mind-Blowing!!!
