Excellent Book

Most leadership books are dry. The author combined great lessons with an interesting story. Highly recommended.

Great story.

This book is written in the same style as every other Ken Blanchard book. And that is the reason I loved it! I’m ADHD and drive all of the time, so 2 hours of a story with a positive message about being a leader is perfect for me. Easy listen with a great message for leaders at ever level.

They all answered in the same basic way - I want to work for a leader that values me and my contributions. I want to work in an enviroment that expects results and values its team members. This book will give leaders a vision on how to do, what staff want of their leaders, and get great results for their Company!
