While it is a book based around in Realestate , its greatest strength is its abundance in marketing knowledge. While Realestate is all about marketing, that can be said about any business . This book has a lot of information concerning marketing that can be used for any business just as well as it can be used for Realestate .
Very straightforward no nonsense ethics to effectively wholesaling real estate with emphasis on developing systems, time management, and outsourcing tasks to make most efficient use of time while running a business.
Has anyone reviewed the legal ramifications of what this book states? Half of this information has repercussions from a legal standpoint if you're not familiar with each type of buyer. Do not listen to this man unless you want to end up with large fines and jail time.
This ex-football player has the audacity to say real estate investors seem to be better looking, better in bed, higher self esteem, etc. What does this have to do with investing?
Bro(Than).... Next time, if you ever write a book, stick to the facts and research every corner of the information you state. If you don't, you will look like an idiot to real estate professionals. I'm sorry for the harsh review; but it is well deserved. Knowledge = Success.
