First: a disclaimer - if you have not already done research into the "flipping" method of real estate investment, please do so before you purchase this book. Real estate "flippers" are taxed heavily, so to be successful, you have to have some serious growth plans.
With that said, this book does exactly what it claims to - I've never read an instructional book with such clear guidelines on its stated topic. Esajian does not skip a beat, and I commend him for that. He does not leave a stone unturned. This is your lifeline if you want to flip - study it diligently.
I've read multiple books on Real Estate Investment but the author of this book goes up and beyond my expectations. He walks you through the rehab process from estimating the costs, talking to rehab companies, contracts, caveats, how to execute contracts, what items must be in the contracts, when and how to pay. I love this book and will keep it as a reference.
Yes, but, it was not possible. The book goes into detail (which is great) and I had to read it a few chapters at a time. But, I loved the book.
Definitely, this book has a lot of detail and free material to get you started on your real estate investment. I thought it was going to be another one of those books trying to sell you their software. But, not at all. I learned a lot and I have some real estate knowledge.

Too much information to take in via an audible format but the good news is that after listening to the book I knew that buying a print copy would be a good investment.
It was a lot of good information. However, for a beginner this book is a bit intimidating and overwhelming. It speaks on how to do this more as a full time job, not a casual side income

Yes, I learned a few added processes that quickly give me a return on investment from my purchase.
I had to listen to this book at 1.5 speed to be able to actually listen to this book. The author spoke very slow and made it difficult to listen to.
This could be a show like the many others that are out there.
