    "Soft skills do translate into hard dollars!"

    I would recommend this to anyone looking for ways to improve their team's (or even their own) performance. The first step to getting the ball rolling in maximizing performance and creativity is to recognize that there is an important metric to keep track of your "inner work life". This is essentially the song that you hear in your head as you think about your work and those you work with that amplifies or attenuates performance and creativity levels. In addition to the explanations of the methodology and descriptions of the work environments surveyed, there is some really practical advice for motivating your team and yourself to perform at the highest levels possible.
