I love the examples of Steve Job's presentation.

I am more of a visual person so I had to view his presentation on YouTube to get the full effect of his speech. The audio book was not as interesting without the visuals but it was still good.

I was duped!

Any additional comments?

This audio book is incorrectly labeled as "Unabridged" but in reality it’s very much “Abridged." Please change it.

Take my review with a grain of salt

Would you listen to The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs again? Why?

I did not like this book. Part of the reason I think is legitimate for everyone. The book, while giving a couple of good, unique ideas, for the most part makes obvious points. Now, it does this by using examples from Steve Job's presentations. These real-life examples were need and added to the book.

However, the reason that I say take my review with a grain of salt may be because I was asking too much of this book. It may be that someone in the business world who does business-related presentations may find the ideas more useful. As a law professor, however, I did not find much that I feel like I could use in my day-to-day classroom interactions.

Game Changing

I always knew I loved Steve Jobs keynote presentations but didn't know why until now. The best part is now I know how to do it myself.

Find your path

Incredibly insightful for those on the journey of finding your path on stage. We all have our presentation styles but challenging ourselves to not read to an audience in a book report style rhythm should be a goal. I say jump into the deep end, aka away from the podium, is where the greatest growth will happen. It challenges your mind to speak to what it knows and how it knows it driving an authentic delivery. Practice is key as the book says but this has helped me greatly in my journey.

I like it

It was cool very informative. This book was a pretty boring read (I'm not much of a reader) so I decided to listen to it. It's much better for me that way
