Excellent for non-sales leaders

For our SaaS startup situation, this book decodes the methods for truly customer-centric selling for the entire leadership team. The methods make it possible for everyone in the organization to effectively participate in the sales process, either directly or in a supporting role. It will provide a common vocabulary for a leadership team, and and common method to accurately understand pipeline strength.

Direct And Spot On for Complex Sales

This is a NO BULL book for those that are involved in complex sales. It guides you through the process that you may know already but with the subtle differences on how to approach each step with a mindset and phrases that can make a difference. I liked the "Getting to the point" attitude from James and the summaries made along the way. Well done.

Excellent Sales Book

I'm still new in sales and stood to benefit enormously from listening to this book. Even though parts of the book are geared towards an executive level/ style of sales, it is nonetheless useful and applicable to non-corporate sales. I plan to listen again and practice some of the techniques.

Nice easy book to listen and learn

I am anxious to put this to the test. The author also gives you more than the perfect close. He tells you how to prepare for a sale and to make sure you have the right intention

Eye Opening!

A solid set of well presented principles. Very impressed that the author is the voice for his audio book. Add to this that he has several additional aids available online.

The most rewarding

If you wanted a specialized approach to closing more sales at a pace that matches your prospects pace, this book offers the value and sets the bar for those looking to create a sales funnel that leads the horse to water and allows them to drink at their own pace.

My hat is off to the author. Thank you, I appreciate all the knowledge that you have shared within this book.

Great content

this book has seriously good content which is both applicable and relevance. Sadly the audio recording it is quite poor and could be revamped to provide a better listening experience.
