I would rank this book within the top 10 books that I have listened to on Audible.
One of the biggest takeaways that I found in this book was, look for the opportunities in the setbacks. I loved that he challenged himself to find the deal inside the deal that was falling apart in each transaction. As you listen to this book, you'll understand what I am saying.
No. I listened to this book while commuting. So it took me a couple of days. I have a 30-45mins in the morning while driving. So I listend to it then.

Great story line, the principles have given me a strong road map to get my business moving. Mr. Peerless gives us an honest look at business and politics and how to side step the red tape.
The anticipation built up deal after deal, and I love the fact thats its not all rainbows and sunshine. The details, timelines and real names are more precise than I have ever heard in any book
The beginning is kinda interesting, but it kinda gets down from there. Mainly bragging by numbers, some nice bits of information here and there.
