"This is a clear and helpful book, best for people who are considering setting up a partnership. Readers who are already in partnerships, however, may find Gage's advice useful but harder to implement. Overall, this book is a solid addition to the business guide category." (Publishers Weekly)
Valuable, thought-provoking, & straightforward. As someone contemplating bringing others into my business as partners, this book was perfect. The author provided valuable, actionable material instead of just opining on their perspective. There are great example stories and the framework is easy to follow. I've listened 3x already and plan to keep this on my re-read list.
This book is essential reading for any partnership, be it family or not. The author does a great job of running through all the possible scenarios, and makes commonsense out of some of the mysteries involved in partnerships. This is absolutely essential reading for any potential partners, or those already in partnerships.
This is a thorough book diving deep into partnerships & potential pitfalls. There are a few tools recommended in regards to personality comparability that look valuable as well.
