This is a quick little book, ideal to listen to on say a 1.5hr flight or car ride. I had my notepad out scribbling throughout frantically hoping that everything would stick. I can and will listen to this again in the future once my mind has had time to consolidate all the amazing lessons in this book
This one is a quick read and I enjoyed it but not too much depth here. I would recomend it because its so short and has a few useful points but not the best book ever - so I gave it 3 stars.
I read the One minute manager and its follow up about twenty years ago. The audio book did not disapoint and I enjoyed it once again.
"Not really worth it"
This book is a mixture of obvious management and ridiculous suggestions. It may suit a few managers in specific situations but if I implemented the book's suggestions my staff would all quit. There's much better out there - the only reason this book has got so popular is the herd mentality and it's use of buzz words.
