    "Good discussion regarding communication"

    This was unexpectedly useful information. The author demonstrates, utilizes his own teaching in the telling of his story. Enthusiasm is incomplete description, but it comes through in his voice. He Understands the nature of the problem; have something meaningful to say, be honest about it, know who you are speaking too and how to use media to be heard. This book is a reference now. Much thanks for writing.
