Great book, originally I regretted getting the audio book instead of hardcover so I could easily reference back, but they supply a pdf. Book is not just for after you start a new job or assignment, but covers many aspects of the Before you start from Interviewing (wish I had it before I interviewed), acceptance/fuzzy front end (most beneficial) and afterwards. I've already recommended it to several professional colleagues and all agree it's great.
Yes, I have the audio edition but I would like a paperback.
I liked EVERYTHING about this book.
Great listening and trips. It is applicable even in your current role. Lots of details and stories and steps by steps. You have to listen a few times to remember.
Great read and voice
Very comprehensive, step by step guidline. Very usefull
Key take-aways for me: Contact your stakeholders before you enter to the new role, how to create a burning imperative, set up for early wins
I though the book would be more to the point. Maybe its better in print where you can jump to the places that apply, but as an audio book it just didn't work for me.
