good but not great

Nothing special about this book. Anyone in high-school can put together the information in this book. Very basic information that should not have any price tag on it. They would make more money if they give this book away for free, in return for contact information of potential clients.

If Tim Ferriss wrote a book about Forex

This was an excellent summary of the forex industry.

I was looking for a starters guide that would tell the story of how the forex market started, explain the philosophy behind why the forex market exists, and also teach me about different trading methods.

If you don't know much about Forex, this is an excellent place to start.

Really informative

I purchased this book to educate myself before investing. I knew the basics but didn't really have a plan of attach. This book has really helped me to slow down and consider how I can be successful (including what that means to me). I cannot figure out how to access the supplemental documents yet, unfortunately. However, the strategies listed are simple enough to understand that I can figure it out.

Very good info for starters

the information is awesome just hard to retain as an audio book will have to read it. too many numbers thrown at you.

Current and Educational

Kathy Lien has taken a complicated issue and laid it out in an understandable format. As a new investor, this book gives me confidence to begin moving forward in the Forex market. Thank you, Mrs. Lien!

Informative

This book is informative and I'm pretty sure that Ms. Lien is a genius at currency trading and makes a lot of money doing it. The book convinced me that, unless you have nothing else to do, and unless you are really, really smart, one should leave training for the professionals. The narration is a bit irritating.

Narrator Sounds Deadpan, Good Trading Info..

The Info in this book is interesting, but all it really taught me was not to go into currency trading. The narrator is terrible--soulless voice.

Good subject, good details, but...

It would have been nice to have a female narrator, being as the author was

Gook little introduction to the Forex market

Would you consider the audio edition of The Little Book of Currency Trading to be better than the print version?

I personally like both. One to listen to when busy or on the road, the other for quick references to pages or chapters.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction.

Any additional comments?

I recommend this book to anybody who wants a quick understanding on how the Forex market works. It is surely a good introduction. The narration is excellent and easy on the ear which is very important. There is nothing worth listening to a book when the narrator is awfull, loud or has a strong accent.
