Excellent!

What sounded like a goody title and concept is actually one of the best I've read. After around 40 or so leadership books, this one seems to have taken the most important and best portions of them and made a very relatable book.

interesting theme and background for teaching managerial techniques both actual practice and way of thinking. Santa sounds like a wonderful boss. hopefully yours have read this too.

Good place to start for new leaders

Descent intro to leadership principles for those new to leadership roles. I would only recommend to those who have not researched the topic before
