Excellent!

What sounded like a goody title and concept is actually one of the best I've read. After around 40 or so leadership books, this one seems to have taken the most important and best portions of them and made a very relatable book.

This is a very good leadership book.

I found this book to be very thought-provoking and insightful. The story is told in a very easy-to-understand way by using the concept of Santa Claus.
