Some people have the ability to start a conversation and immediately draw people in, while others -- perhaps even those with more valuable things to say -- get pushed to the side, seemingly ignored. Unfortunately for those who don't have "It," this undeniable "It" factor is more than just an attractive quality, it's also a hallmark of success.
A practical and entertaining guide that will help anyone supercharge their communication skills and consistently make a positive impression on others, The It Factor gives readers the tools -- and confidence -- they need to take charge of any conversation, meeting, or networking encounter.
Filled with practical techniques and powerful insights, The It Factor will help anyone take center stage and achieve the results they've always desired.

your gonna want to take notes, this book is one of the best books at explaining what is happening and what you need to change and learn to be a more effective speaker that people will want to listen to. I enjoyed it very much, thanks.
While this book does not deliver on its title and is slow, it does have some valuable points. For example "It's often not about being right, but about convincing others that you are worth listening to."
I have read many books of this type, this is the best. I have met the author and he is just as you would image, a no nonsense guy who wants you to communicate better, that't it. There is no hidden ageda with this book, read it and try to do what it says and you will be a better communicator.
