"This must be the best Business coaching book."
I think because the author is also the reader, the sincerity of the meaning behind the words really comes across. The very fact that this is an audible version of the book means that I can just run that back and listen again so I understand the required effect.
This a really compelling listen for those even contemplating either going into business or trying to understand the motives behind business.
It's not the same really, but the closest I have got to this before is "Who Say's Elephants Can't Dance" by Louis V. Gerstner Jr. (LVG) which is about the rescue and rebuilding of IBM, in the early to mid 90's. LVG takes one through the tactics of corporate business restructuring, Terry takes you "personally" though building your business but goes deeper into the personal motives.
Terry as a character comes across as man to listen to. He talks about many other people that he has worked with and met in his very successful life. It's Terry's voice and the meaning that makes this book so full of treasure that any one in business will be willing to give.
Listen Learn and Win.
Terry Ostrowiak has a very good voice to listen too, so this audio version is a perfect position for anyone wanting to learn some really clever techniques, that Terry has learned over some 40+ years in business coaching to corporates. With the size of contracts he has won in business coaching, and their longevity, this is a sure bet on getting the right, and correct direction in winning in business for yourself.
