An easy listen, I've often reviewed my work against these five key messages. Almost always, I go back and revise my communications to better reflect at least one of these elements.
Confirms what leaders intuitively know, but brings it to the surface for (self) examination. We must place our finger on the pulse of our organizations if we're to succeed; to do that we must have open communication.
This is a must for all people with responsibilities who want to deliver. With simple case studies to complement the narrative, it lays out in simple terms foundational factors of success.
