I've read and enjoyed both E-Myth Revisted and E-Myth Mastery. I believe both of these books are worth a read. Maybe it's because I had high expectation after reading E Myth Revisted, but this truly was a let down and a waste of time. The problem with this book is that its so elementary, that I believe only a true novice agent would get anything out of it, I can't see how a broker or an owner of a brokerage company that has survived the last 5 years of the current market, will gain any insite from this book.
AlsoI found the constant marketing plugs for Realty Executive annoying.
E-Myth Revisted covered most these concepts. The rest of the book was an advertisement for Realty Executives. Bummer.
And what was with the "Open & Close" chant when talking about change and the oneness with all. I though I was listening to a Deepak Chopra book.
Richard Reactor adds no value to the concept.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has just started in Real Estate
