This Book was very helpful to make me realize that I need to transition from the technician to the entrepreneur which is all about setting up systems and processes t stay on track.
The fact that I really need to stop and make time to put systems in place to be successful.

Strongly recommended for agents who are trying to convert to owners as it is not an easy task. I had no idea what I was up against when I opened my Exit Realty Brokerage.
I've read and enjoyed both E-Myth Revisted and E-Myth Mastery. I believe both of these books are worth a read. Maybe it's because I had high expectation after reading E Myth Revisted, but this truly was a let down and a waste of time. The problem with this book is that its so elementary, that I believe only a true novice agent would get anything out of it, I can't see how a broker or an owner of a brokerage company that has survived the last 5 years of the current market, will gain any insite from this book.
AlsoI found the constant marketing plugs for Realty Executive annoying.
E-Myth Revisted covered most these concepts. The rest of the book was an advertisement for Realty Executives. Bummer.
And what was with the "Open & Close" chant when talking about change and the oneness with all. I though I was listening to a Deepak Chopra book.
Richard Reactor adds no value to the concept.
This book is heavy on the why real estate brokerages do not work and very light on what to do about it. There are no specific that are given to aid your brokerage. It was to broad to be of value. Decent content but title misrepresents type of content.
Very practical and explains different scenarios to why most brokerages are not running properly. If you're looking for ways to systematically run your business this is a great book!
This was the answer to my prayer! Now I am getting to work on my company and not just in it. The entrepreneurial seizures were real, but I am being healed! THIS IS A MUST READ FOR ANYONE BROKER THAT WANTS TO TAKE THERE COMPANY TO THE NEXT LEVEL. #ShoneShine
