In listening to the audio book I felt like Chris the author had been through a lot of the same experiences as myself. I've read more than my fair share of sales books but this one has spoken to me on a different level. I can't wait to dig in and put to work what I've learned into action.

Although the book is many hours long, it never felt like that. I wanted to listen to it all in one sitting because there were so many takeaways. I ended up taking notes as I listened to it. So it took me a few different sessions to hear everything.
I've been in sales for twenty-three years in automobile sales (11 years) and for the last twelve years selling luxury real estate in South Florida. I've read, listened to, attended, and spent nearly $100,000 in sales training over the last 20+ years. I can absolutely say that this sales training bible was better than anything than I have ever experienced before. Wish I could have had this in the past. I would have saved a ton of money :-).
Chris is captivating on a stage and amazing on audio, it made the book come to life and feel like you were in the boiler room with him.

Chris's style is a great mix of information and conversation. He is at the top of his game, and certainly a renowned expert in his field. He really gives you a different way of looking at sales conversations.
I already know a lot of the stuff at the beginning of the book but Chris gives those little golden nuggets that you didn't even think about.

There not any other books that can compare that I have read. This is an HOW-TO guide. I read a lot of books on how close the sale.If you are looking for sound advice on how to close and win the sale you must listen to this book.

Chris is funny anyway. To have him narrate the book is a treat. You can hear his excitement and energy while listening to the book.
This guide is for anyone who is looking to increase their conversion rate. It is great to have to have the leads but money is made when you close the deal. If you are looking for a no bull detailed guide on how to do just that. You must purchase the audiobook and book.

No. He says "quote unquote" far too often. Drove me nuts!
His constant "Quote unquote" saying really got on my nerves. Didn't manage to get past the third chapter.
