If you are in sales then this is the book for you! I began using the tips right away and and I have already noticed an improvement in my interactions with prospects. I found the book easy to understand and it was alao very easy to put the tips to work at my next sales call. I am sure I will refer back to this one for years to come.
I love how the title of this book leads you to believe there are some trick "closes" that you will pick up in reading this book. When in fact the book teaches you what the majority of sales people don't understand! That authentic care for your customers needs and wants, and deeper targeted questioning will make your selling so powerful that the "close" will simply happen on its own!
This book has real world selling techniques that only a true sales leader or coach could teach you. These lessons are taught in a way that is very interesting and stick with you when you go to work the next day!
Yes! It was very difficult to hit pause when I would get to work... I wanted to keep listening in the parking lot.
I would recommend any of Keith Rosens books or coaching services, he is truly a force to be reckoned with when it comes to sales management and coaching!
If you are newer in sales, or just starting out this is perfect. I have been in sales for 25 years, and study a lot. So this was a bit basic for my level, but I still learned from it. Bottom line, if you are well seasoned, pass on this, just starting out, this is Xlnt!
