Publisher's Summary

Traditional and gimmicky closing techniques are dead. Never be scared or reluctant to ask for the sale again and enjoy the confidence and peace of mind in knowing you have a process that works. Tap into Keith Rosen's unique, permission based approach to having a selling conversation with your prospects that fits your style of selling rather than having to 'pitch and close.' This book gives you the edge over your competition by showing you, step by step, how to get to "Yes" more often by aligning your selling approach with the prospect's preferred buying process and communication style without any pressure, manipulation or confrontation. You'll also get exactly what to say in any selling situation as well as the dialogue that the world's greatest salespeople use to defuse objections, ask for the sale and close the deal. Plus, over 100 case studies, templates and scripts you can use with Keith's powerful process driven selling approach.

Discover:

  • The five steps that make your sales presentations objection-proof.
  • A step-by-step system that prevents cancellations, improves client retention and boosts referrals.
  • Proven, permission based closing strategies that get more prospects to "Yes."
  • The real reasons for price objections and why dropping your price will lose the sale.
  • Three steps to defuse every objection; especially the ones you create.
  • Questions you're not asking that turn more prospects into clients.
  • Effective negotiation strategies.
  • A proven method to boost your confidence and self esteem; permanently.

      "Great Book!"

If you are in sales then this is the book for you! I began using the tips right away and and I have already noticed an improvement in my interactions with prospects. I found the book easy to understand and it was alao very easy to put the tips to work at my next sales call. I am sure I will refer back to this one for years to come.

      Story
      "Advanced selling techniques!"
What did you love best about The Complete Idiot's Guide to Closing the Sale?

I love how the title of this book leads you to believe there are some trick "closes" that you will pick up in reading this book. When in fact the book teaches you what the majority of sales people don't understand! That authentic care for your customers needs and wants, and deeper targeted questioning will make your selling so powerful that the "close" will simply happen on its own!

What did you like best about this story?

This book has real world selling techniques that only a true sales leader or coach could teach you. These lessons are taught in a way that is very interesting and stick with you when you go to work the next day!

What does Rick Plastina bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

      NA

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! It was very difficult to hit pause when I would get to work... I wanted to keep listening in the parking lot.

      Any additional comments?

I would recommend any of Keith Rosens books or coaching services, he is truly a force to be reckoned with when it comes to sales management and coaching!

      "Not bad"

If you are newer in sales, or just starting out this is perfect. I have been in sales for 25 years, and study a lot. So this was a bit basic for my level, but I still learned from it. Bottom line, if you are well seasoned, pass on this, just starting out, this is Xlnt!
