This is a great book to improve your work life, attitude and expectations overall - not just for salespeople. I really like how it's broken down into fairly short chapters so you can just pick up where ever and here a quick motivational blurb. I try to listen to at least one chapter in the car on the way to work and it really improves my day. Highly recommended.
Copys almost word for word some of Brian Tracys material. I would highly reccomend Tracys psychology of selling over this as a purchase. Although like I always say, if I can glean one good idea from a book its worth it.
