    Good information on cold calling and receiving inbound calls. However, it is very brief. This is a recorded seminar not an audiobook.

    If you could sum up Telephone Strategies for Success in three words, what would they be?

    Solid and practical

    This is not an audio program on how to sell over the phone so it's not very helpful for telemarketers. It's mostly a program for outbound sales people and appointment setters who will find it helpful. It's short and cheap, well worth the buy.

    I don't think you can go wrong with any of Tom Hopkins teachings. I know absolutely nothing about sales and he gives great step by step instructions for every step of the sales process of getting past the receptioninst and right to the decision maker in the company.

    I always feel like every audio book should be a book. this is just a seminar broken into parts.

    There were many insightful do's and do don'ts that will assist any telemarketer or phone sales professional. One of the better phone marketing books.
