I really enjoyed this book. John Maxwell carefully disassembles the meaning of talent and through that process reveals great insight as to why it's just not enough. Started reading this book right after it came out, It was the only book I had, meaning I read It over and over again. as I was starting out as a musician it gave me direction, build my character and led me to more books.
