You are what you think you are.
The world's foremost producer of personal development and motivational audio programs now presents a newly-expanded revision of a true self-help classic.
No one is better qualified to show you the secrets to developing a successful self-image than Zig Ziglar, a man who has overcome his own share of diversity to become one of the world's most popular and successful motivators. In Success and the Self-image, Ziglar tells you how to discover the secrets of creating and maintaining a positive self-image, including:
"You can change what you are...by changing what goes into your mind," says Ziglar. And he proves it in a specific, point-by-point presentation that is as entertaining as it is inspiring.
Newly expanded for the '90s.

This was a entertaining audiobook filled with personal stories and fun jokes, but really did not have any material on self-image. It did speak quite a bit on how you can help the self confidence of friends, peers and family, but that isn't what the title or description suggests.
Very uplifting book. Good reinforcement for correcting negative attitudes.
Great reminder of importance of a good character and living up to high standards.
Maybe I'm being petty but once you make an anti-science comment, DONE! Ziglar ridiculed evolution to make an analogy and I have no tolerance for that nonsense. Also the book was just to much piss and vinegar enthusiasm instead of real substance. If you can ever get your hands on his material, check out David Sandler.
