Read This Before You Buy!

Ok, here is my honest guidance..in one sentence. WARNING, DO NOT buy this audio book! Almost every sentence starts, "here at Change Masters", or "our clients at Change Masters", or...I think you get the point. The first hour is nothing but how good they are at Change Masters. The rest of the book is pretty much like the first hour...a complete waste of your time. You may ask, "are there any good tips". Yes and No. Yes, they list a few but guidance is always followed by "at Change Masters we help you blah blah blah". So you don't really get much guidance except for the title word. Trust me, this is a very poor book..not at all what I had envisioned. You basically purchase a marketing book for Change Masters which the authors 'should' be ashamed. I am sure they have good ideas and results, but again you WILL NOT get any sound guidance from buying this audio book. If I could give this a zero I would...

A bit to much advertising

This book is good, in that it makes you think about how others see you. It is, however, short on practical advice and there is a significant amount of time devoted to advertising the business. The examples all follow the formula: "executive" had this problem, went to our class, 6 months later got a promotion.

Overall: interesting, but not inspirational

Don't miss this...

From the other reviews I expected to hear non-stop marketing. Instead, I heard example after example of work that Change Masters has done with clients to illustrate key points made in the book. This is an impressive book -- it gives you a step-by-step format to tackle everything from personality ticks to skill gaps so that you'll become more effective and successful in all aspects of your life. I personally found the lessons life transformng.

Good Tips

The book promotes their coaching service. It is apparent that the purpose of the book was to get their coaching services name out. This is a great tatic in marketing. I did find some useful tips. The book was not what I was expecting. However, I do recommend it because there are some good tips in here.
