Because tales should be told.
It was pretty good for its genre of business. It covers how to use SCRUM to plan and implement projects.
This book introduces SCRUM software development methodology. It is short and practical. it has many good strategies for project management.
There were not characters because it was a non-fiction business book. I did like the chapter "User Story" because it talked about how to develop your project around the user needs (user story). Adam Zens does a great job narrating.
I liked the use of Scrum teams and the frequent short meetings. That may be useful to project managers.
The title suggest that Windows 10 is discussed in this book. It is not discussed anywhere. Otherwise, a useful book.
