Jordan Belfort is a legend. If you've just watched the new Martin Scorsese Wolf of Wall St film you would've seen that Belfort ran boiler rooms very well, training not Harvard Finance graduates, but basically teenage street punks to be ultra-persuasive, killer closers, netting himself circa $50 million a year. Now, let me ask you a few quick questions....
Are you tired of spending endless hours trying to cold call customers? Do you wish you knew the secret to making successful sales consistently? Do you set goals, yet fail to achieve them? Do you wish you had had the sales skills to build a financial empire like Jordan Belfort did in the Wolf of Wall Street?
If you answered yes to any of the above then Sales & Persuasion Lessons from the Wolf of Wall Street is a must-listen. Here is a preview of what you'll learn: A look into the life of Jordan Belfort, a salesman from a young age. The two types of people in this world, and which you should be. The four musts in order to sell. How to make a killer first impression. The three key techniques to closing any deal. Belfort's favourite inspirational & motivational quotes.

"Poorly narrated, skimpy attempt to cash in"
I wouldn't read another book by this author and will avoid this narrator in future, as his narration is distractingly bad. Within the first minute, when he pronounces the "C" in "Indictment" you know its going to be bad and it is (he also repeatedly mispronounces "rapport").
It's a half baked repackaging of Jordan Belfort's sales technique. It adds nothing and, I suspect, omits much.
Someone who can pronounce the words would be a start.
Disappointment mainly. It isn't a great reflection on Audible, as I had expected some degree of quality control.
Total waste of a credit.
