Rich Woman is an audiobook on investing for women. Why an investment book written just for women? There's a very good reason. The how-to's of investing; how to buy and sell a stock or how to find a profitable rental property are the same for men and women. What's different are the unique issues that women face when it comes to money and investing.
Here are some eye-opening statistics:
Let's face it women, what worked for our mothers and grandmothers is not working for most of us, our daughters and our granddaughters. So now is the time for women to get smarter with their money.
My passion is to educate and encourage women to create the financial security and peace of mind they want and deserve in their lives. If that's what you want, then I trust this audiobook will be of great value to you. Here's to your success as a Rich Woman!

The book consists of 24 chapters, and the first 7 chapters emphasizes on the needs for women to be financially independent. While this is a great point, I was hoping Kim will get straight to the point and present solid strategies on investment. Many of her points are common sense, such as the importance of financially interdependent, pay yourself first, and don't be afraid to ask questions etc. I wouldn't recommend this book even to the beginners because of its repetitions. The book is written in story style. Does 4 women sharing a lunch date in New York City sounds familiar to you? It reminds me of Sex and the City , but the characters lacks appeal. Although I haven't listened to Rich dad, Poor dad, Kim admits that the investing ideas she learned came from Robert, and that the fundamentally important ideas can be found in his book. Save your time on this one!
this book is good at providing the reasons why women should invest. some of the actual information is very interesting. if you can make it through all the , useless conversations between friends, and antidotal stories, then you should find the book somewhat motivational, if not informative.
I loved this book! The author gets right to the point of why investing tends to be intimidating for women. She goes into detail about the different types of investing, and the kinds of return on different investments. I appreciated her personal story, and the various perspectives of her friends. This book is empowering, and a must-read for any woman!
I am always a fan of Rich Dad Poor Dad series. While Ribert's book open my world of financial freedom, Kim's book (Rich Woman) really touch my heart. She has answered several questions why i was stuck at where i was & am. I am now keeping Kim advices close to my heart.
This is a recommended book for every woman.
