Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant reveals how some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes, and learn to become financially free. Have you ever asked yourself:
Cashflow Quadrant was written for you if you are ready to…
"The main reason people struggle financially is because they have spent years in school but learned nothing about money. The result is that people learn to work for money… but never learn to have money work for them." (Robert Kiyosaki)

I think this is a very good sequel to the Rich Dad Poor Dad book. I read several financial advice books and the reason I think this one is valuable is because it provides you with an alternative strategy for building your wealth. Most advice books tell you to build wealth slowly and methodically, however in this book he encourages to take calculated risks that give you a higher returns. Definitely not gonna follow every advice word for word, however it does expand my way of thinking. Good and entertaining read/listen.

The rich have a totally different set of rules and (fiscal/financial) laws that they live by. And it is not discriminating. Every person can choose to life on the E (employee) and S (self employed) side of live where they are taxed heavily and always struggle to stay on top or on the B (business owner) and I (investor) side of life, where true freedom is possible.
This book is read in such a way that it's almost as if you can hear Robert Kiyosaki read it himself. Which is great of course. Great combination of great writing (in speaking-style) and performance of narrating it for us.
Very easy and pleasant to listen to and it changes your persective on society and really makes you think and want to start changing stuff.
I recommend you play the online version of Cashflow 101, the online game, after listening to this book.
This had more detail, and I found it to be more motivating than RD/PD.
It's time to evaluate whether I intend to stay in the E (Employee) quadrant, or move to the B (Business Owner) or I (Investor) quadrants.
I thought I liked Rich Dad Poor Dad until I read this book!!! I love this book even more! This book is so much better than the first book, but you should read Rich Dad Poor Dad first. This book helps identify who you are, who you surround yourself with and where you want to go! I am both inspired and motivated to get my finances under control and make my money work for me!!
If you get nothing out of this, you should get that proper cash management is a significant key to financial independence. Stop spending, start paying off revolving and other debt, and start on the B side of the quadrant, while building towards the I side. I recommend this book to anyone who desires to finally take control of their finances.
Absolutely. I need to keep referring the principles Mr. Kiyosaki has explained and it would certainly be worth listening several times especially during challenging times.
It really made it clear with examples and facts that good grades in schools/ universities doesn't really matter in financial success of a person. Being educated about Finance/ Investing/ Business really matters the most.
The entire Audiobook performance by Tim Wheeler has been very good.
Gaining Financial literacy, associating with Right people, asking for Mentoring and ofcourse, transitioning from the E quadrant to the I quadrant.
Its a must listen for everyone who aspire to be a successful entrepreneur. Fantastic work by Mr. Robert T. Kiyosaki.
The concepts offered by Kiyosaki may be basic for some investors, but to someone who has little to no financial literacy, the concepts are just life-changing. These 2 books have gotten me on a path in a direction I never thought possible. I'm so appreciative!!
I have read a lot of Robert Kiyosaki books and I am highly impressed and learnt from them. This book, Cashflow Quadrant, is no exception. I first read the cashflow quadrant book, and then i bought the audiobook and listened to it.. I found it a lot easier to just listen to this audiobook on my laptop, Smartphone and other devices. I listen to this audiobook very frequently and it keeps me going in my desire to become my own success. This audiobook is very motivational. There is nothing better than been able to listen to this type of message in a relaxed mood from your Smartphone or laptop. Thank you Mr Kiyosaki.
"Interesting, but not much information added"
If you have read "Rich dad, poor dad", you will find a lot of repetitions here. There is not much information added, and it was a bit disappointing to re-listen (or re-read) the same concepts and examples. However, it you are just starting on this path it is useful to repeat and consolidate ideas that could be totally new for you. Download it just in the last case.
The narrator is very good. Clear pronunciation and good pace.
The book is clearly written for an American audience, with lots of references to US tax law.
No but personally I would avoid other books by the same author. There is just far too much repetition, little in the way of content and annoyingly constant references to buying the author's 'cashflow' game!
The narrator is easy enough to listen to... it's just the content that might send you to sleep at times.
Rich Dad - far too pleased with himself!
I haven't read the original but thought I would give this one a try. There are occasional interesting passages but mostly it feels like the author is trying to spin out a limited amount of information over a whole book.
This book is Absolutely Brilliant, insightful, thought provoking & very educational in a very clear, easy to understand way.
"A life changing read. "
One of the best personal development books in my library. The second read provided so much more information than the first, I'm looking forward to the third reading of this book. Today my life has changed and I feel liberated strictly because of the insights from the final chapters. Five stars recommendation all the way and a must read for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.
"Summary - Repeated material from his first book"
There is very little new material from his first book. Basicly all he does is state there are 4 types of investor and he repeats his examples from his first book over and over again in the frame of these 4 money making.
I own most of his books. I already have the mind set and behaviour he teaches prior to reading all his books. If your financially illiterate, it’s enough to read his first book Rich Dad Poor Dad (Unabridged)
"After The Sales Pitches A Great Listen"
The first few minutes of the audiobook are filled with sales pitches. However, once you get past this its a really good listen and a great way to learn to implement much of what is covered in Rich Dad Poor Dad
I found this audio book very inspiring, after first listening to "rich dad poor dad" I wanted to learn more. The cash flow quadrant is very helpful in understanding which quadrant you are in and where you want to be, certainly food for thought.
"Amazing book got me quit my job"
This book has changed me alot, quit my job and made me do things i didn't think i could do in the first place. Am now chancing my dreams with baby steps, very soon i will walk and run at a later stage. I listen to the audio book every day to keep me focused to my goals. Thanks
