Good read

The reader is a great reader, but at parts its a little too clear that he is reading, almost like a robot.

Pro: The story is great. It will connect dots on a lot of things you might already know about financial intelligence. Gives great examples and actual advice, not just vague metaphors.

Con: Very repetitive, you hear him say the same phrases a lot so that it drills in your head. Its not terribly annoying though, it seems to have purpose when he does.

wealth of information

amazing content. easy read. thought provoking. reminds me of the saying "when the student is ready, the teacher appears" well I am ready to make radical change in my life to get out of the poor/ middle class rat race so this book is right on time. This book itself is a great investment. going to purchase the cash flow game for my children to teach them the principles of money. I hear it's like monopoly on steroids. Thanks again for this life changing information Robert Kiyosaki

Good presentation of basic financial principles

There are some good financial principles presented that could be tweaked for different endeavours. I was particularly intrigued by the three incomes. I enjoyed listening to it (@ 1.5x).
