This book is an excellent roadmap! Like any worthy goal, you will have to put the time and effort in, but this is definitely the first step. If one paid hourly to learn this information from a personal lawyer or a financial advisor, it would cost at least a couple thousand dollars, and that is being conservative. This is advice, straight from a subject matter expert....and it is almost free. I would highly recommend this valuable work if you are serious about eliminating bad debt and building wealth.
This book was extremely informative and empowering because I now know how to better work with and or challenge the system to protect myself legally. Than-you!
it helps you get out of debt but also it explains some of the limitations of debt and how to build credit.
Great information! I have already started my plan to payoff bad debt and work towards building a wealth oriented life.
Better late than never
Could have devoted some time to using good debt.
I have really enjoyed other books by Sutton, but this is written for people who are in terrible financial situations to get them back to zero. This is not about using credit to leverage good debt.
