This is an entertaining bit of fluff. The real purpose is to market the author's mentoring program. I felt like it lacked depth and value, however it was fun to listen to.
one of the best books ever written for Real Estate especially with a new investor like me. This is a must-read to new newbies as well as seasoned real estate investors. Also the author read this on his own & I must say he did an awesome job.
I am a rookie investor in every sense of the word. I've been to seminars, paid for local "training" events and read many books and watched tons of YouTube videos from others in the business. Well, I am serious about making it in this industry and something about Mr. Pustejosky's story hit hard and it really caught my interest. I took many valuable notes from reading this book on subjects that none of the other materials and seminars ever touched on. So I'm treating this as a "pocket bible" of sorts to help me watch my back and be aware of red flags that will pop up as I begin my career as an investor.
Good illustrations and easy to understand.
Nice to listen to comes across well.
Not super salesy although there are plugs sprinkled throughout, but it comes with the territory of these books.
I whizzed through the audio very quickly and will definitely be listening to it time and time again. The narrator (author Phil) basically acts it out with his voice. Great job!
Entertaining and very interesting stories. Has a variety of information of things people who are exploring the idea of real estate investing wouldn't think of.
I am interested in becoming a real estate investor and found this book to be helpful. Although the stories were somewhat scary at times, it still has not deterred my thoughts on becoming a real estate investor. This is a great book to read if you are an investor now or are thinking about doing it in the future.
