This is an entertaining bit of fluff. The real purpose is to market the author's mentoring program. I felt like it lacked depth and value, however it was fun to listen to.
I am a rookie investor in every sense of the word. I've been to seminars, paid for local "training" events and read many books and watched tons of YouTube videos from others in the business. Well, I am serious about making it in this industry and something about Mr. Pustejosky's story hit hard and it really caught my interest. I took many valuable notes from reading this book on subjects that none of the other materials and seminars ever touched on. So I'm treating this as a "pocket bible" of sorts to help me watch my back and be aware of red flags that will pop up as I begin my career as an investor.
I am obsessed with books reading and especially listening to them while I work out or walk through the city!!
Don't buy anything until you listen to this first so you are armed and prepared for what can and does happen if you are knowledgeable
I must say that i learned quite a bit
In this biz you learn more then bad stories going bad then the successful stories.
Loved it! Phil is not only a great teacher he's an awesome author and narrator. The information is credible and usable for anyone dealing in real estate.
The author is way too busy selling his real estate classes while talking instead of sticking with topic.
made we a little wary.
It told a not so rosie picture of real estate investing, which is contrary to every other book and webinar.
It tells newbies why they won't succeed, which a lot of people won't tell you with actual true stories.
