I live the challenges listed in QBQ! all day at work, this book is just what I needed to reinforce the right kind of thinking for myself and also how I can improve conversations with my challenging colleagues.

What was one of the most memorable moments of QBQ! The Question Behind the Question?

How to spot and quickly react effectively to 'victim thinking', 'the blame game' and there are times you just have to 'live in the box' especially with technology limits that are just not going to ever go away.

Which scene was your favorite?

A couple of the example stories made me literally laugh out loud.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

One of the stories in the book about a father and young daughter quickly reacted to a flight engine failure was a real life example of how to quickly react effectively, and ended with some humble humor too.

Amazing Book

Entertaining, applicable, and relevant! Anyone can grasp personal accountability with this approach and leaves no stone or excuse or barrier unturned. I wish I had this book when I was a teenager what a different life I would have had, yet now the sky is the limit!

Great concept! Good to be reminded!

Good book! It’s does a great job at explaining a simple concept. Very practical. You will get tired of the phrase QBQ. But I think that’s intentional. Overall good for those who need reminded or those who are young and haven’t figured out this concept.
