Absolutely. This is truly a step by step guide with no, "if you buy this, I'll give the real info"
No, too long, but I longed to listen to it and was sad when it was over.
There isn't a better book out there for the Ebay business. You WILL learn more than you can remember. I'm currently listening again.
Very helpful information. The step by step instructions are great. Jst wish he went into details about obtaining merchandise at competitive price by importing to sell on ebay.
Not bad. Pretty basic but good for a beginner! Definitely covers all the basics. Could be a little outdated at this point?
narrator ok. content was great.
Pretty easy listen. would recommend for beginner ebayer. not alot for advanced sellers however
I found this book very helpful and definitively recommend it to anyone starting or planning to start an online store
To me this whole book reads like one huge eBay commercial. He doesn't mention that eBay can shut you down at any time for any stupid reason at all and if they do, then your whole business is toast. It just doesn't paint a realistic picture.
Stop selling on eBay
the reader sounded like a robot which became somewhat annoying.
the reader spelling out every single website was highly unnecessary because abbreviating would have done the job.
other than that the book was outstanding, it offered alot of beneficial details
"Starts not too badly and goes rapidly downhill."
Someone who didn't sound like a computer reading the text.
Starts off well enough with a potted biography of Neil's life and how he got the stage of running an eBay business. The narrator is truly awful from the start though. I was convinced for a long time that it was actually being read by a computer as he often doesn't pause for punctuation and the inflection is all wrong for some sentences.
Once the book gets to the eBay stage though it all goes downhill. Endless repetition (every single eBay site in the World is read out as "w - w - w dot etc" twice within ten minutes!) and endless stating of the bleeding obvious.
Three quarters of the book can be summed as "Buy your goods from a reputable seller on AliBaba.com and don't upset your customers".
Well thought out.
A must, if you are planning to set-up an eBay business. An unabashed exploration of the facts with great tips on how to get started, grow and continue in a competitive market. Even if you don't plan to make millions and want great home-business success you cannot go wrong by listening to this book.
