To have the ability to listen to the entire book, it seemed if it was only two chapters presented. The material presented was great
Tom explains his selling techniques in a way that's humorous, relevant, and easy to understand. His techniques make total sense. I think if anyone in sales applies his techniques, they're sure to succeed! :-)
Tom got right to the point and took out all the fluff. Do you want some selling tips, listen to this book.

Great Live Instruction. I thought it was like a book I had read in the past. Similar but not the one.
Good read as provides ways to get people on idea of saying yes in a milder tone.
Quite simply an excellent sales book packed with practical and useful tips on how to get more sales.
A must for your sales library.
