    "Save Your Money"

I really wish this program were better - Audible needs to offer what Sound Money promises - but this isn't it. The program seems to be oriented to those who know nothing (what's better-whole life or term?) and in each issue of the 1 month subscription I purchased, offered absolutely wrong information. In one, the interviewee insisted, over the protestation of the host, that investors had to buy government bonds through financial advisors, and "expect to pay a fee" (buy government bonds at treasurydirect.gov, no fee). In the latest issue, the interviewee from Rolling Stone insists that those who own iPOD can only hear music purchsed from Apple, and are "locking yourselves in" to only hearing Apple-purchsed music - false again, Apple plays the ubiquitous MP3 format, and converts WMA files as well. Then...there is the music - blaring and distorted, 20 decibles above the voice track, like a late-night infomertial. If you listen to audible while exercising, you can't listen to this, as you will constantly grab for the volume control to protect your hearing. Audible needs a GOOD investment periodical, but this one is not it - save your money.

    "Pretty Good NPR Broadcast"

This is a good NPR show on money and finances. The program does a good job of being accessible to novices and yet also providing high-quality information with a decent amount of entertainment. They have a mailbag and other weekly features, but to me, they cannot and are not as informational and entertaining as C-SPAN's Booknotes. So far, however, this is a good financial program, and Audible subscribers will enjoy being able to have articles on things to look for regarding money in their daily life.

    "Perfect for my daily commute"

Kai Ryssdal's 1hr weekly program keeps me up to date on personal finance. While I'm no finance whiz, I find learning about the best ways to invest, save, and spend interesting. I look forward to each week's episode and enjoy the easy-going nature of the show. I tried to replace this show with the daily Marketplace, but found that it was too much and I lost interest in keeping up with it. If you are new to personal finance or have a lot of money invested already, this show will invariably help you unravel whatever question you may have or at least point you in the right direction to find your answers.

"Better than you've been led to believe"

I enjoy this show. For one thing, it's a radio show, with distinct voices and personalities, and a change of pace, so it's interesting to listen to. It's not just somebody reading a magazine or newspaper. For another, it's great for people just starting to get interested in their finances. I find it educational and entertaining. (I like to listen to it at the gym.)

    "Money news for everyone!"

this is a good NPR program. I have been a listener of MarketPlace for several years and love it! This is like the weekend version of Marketplace. Yes, people do give their opinion , but that is the design of the program. it is not necessarily financial advice only , but finances taken from the view and for the average person. the one that does not read the wallstreet journal ( very informative , but technical) . this is definately worth the read.

    "Understandabe and Relevant"

My wife and I both enjoy this program. The topics are usally things you can use in your everyday life. I espically like the listener call-in. The topics are explained in way that you don't need to Business degree to understand.
