I have listened to it several times and recommended it to many people I work with as well as my husband. It's message that we all have limited energy is a critical one.
I changed some of the things I do in my life.
Always on the lookout for the next great read
This was a short piece which was tightly focused on energy and how to manage energy. It began from the standpoint that time is a finite resource whilst energy can be renewed. Then it went into the ways to renew energy. Great listen. I will undoubtedly listen to it again - something I do with very few titles.
I liked the tight focus. It focused on one area and covered it well. I'm definitely looking at more from the Harvard Business Review.
He was easy to understand, didn't speak too fast or too slow and seemed to impart an enthusiasm for the topic which was enjoyable.
Always strive for an open mind.
The author definitely knows their subject
Not a lot of practical guidelines, due to the briefness. The Power of Full Engagement gets in a lot more depth.

Good one! Thanks to Audible for having this in store. I would recommend this book to my family and friends.

Highly effective performance.
I already do that half an hour walk daily, breathing excersise, but I didn't really thought of using voice mail to recall all the messages. Much more effective than reading SMS or emails. I shall try that one too.
This was a good read, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it to friends or coworkers. There are about 4 key things I took from this article that I noted of and will take with me through my career and life.
"Excellent information on maintaining energy"
This made me reconsider how I work each day in order to maintain energy levels. Thought provoking and worth a listen.
"Well worth a listen!"
Some useful tips and ideas. Easy to follow. Well structured and ordered. Will return to in the future

"Very useful evidence based advice"
I've listened to this and read this several times. The rituals have made a huge difference to my energy levels. I now can much more often make it home in the late evening without being exhausted.
Good and interesting book, short and sweet and we'll worth listening too. Energy is accessed from everywhere.
"Interesting listen, quick narration"
Very interesting but quick pace narration made it difficult to stay focused. Starts and finishes with plug for HBR!
The article is very interesting but the reader's voice is very monotonous which made it difficult to concentrate on the content.
"A new insight into how to optimize your energy"
It was very informative and inspiring to learn a new way to keep the balance between work and personal life.
"Good one. Very interesting facts "
