Obviously asking questions is the way to get answers. But sometimes you don't know what questions to ask. This book answers those questions. It's kind of scary all the mistakes people have made but you don't have to make them and this book damn sure helps you avoid timely and financial disasters.

Sutton's folksy, conversational style leaves you thinking that you aren't actually listening to a narration at all; you could just as easily be sitting in Sutton's law office having a personal conversation with the man.

This is an excellent book to read about Investing in Real Estate. Even though they recommend to take money out of Tax Sheltered investments (which I think is a bad idea in the history of bad ideas!) Real Estate is high risk, high return and should be handled accordingly. Overall this is an excellent audio book and should be listened to before investing.
A great deal of information on how to handle your real estate. Remember to have a pencil and paper ready for notes. You'll never remember all of this
Very well written. Easy to understand, and follow along. Easy access to information for follow up of additional content. Mr Sutton does a wonderful job of narration.
This was a book that nearly put me to sleep as I read it. BUT with that said, I have found that I learned a ton from it. I constantly find myself sharing knowledge that I didn't even know I had about real estate and the advantages it brings. I highly recommend this book for those who are in the real estate business.
