Why are some people easily outsourced, downsized, or freelanced into obscurity, while others have their pick of opportunities? In his most powerful book yet, Seth Godin argues that it's more essential than ever to become indispensable – and the key to being indispensable is overcoming the fears that hold most of us back.
Fear of change, fear of authority, fear of embarrassment all come from the most primitive and powerful part of our brain. Godin shows how to overcome that internal resistance, so you can unleash your greatest art, passion, insight, and generosity at work.

I found the audio edition very easy listening
I think this is one of the best motivational stories that I have heard in a long time
I enjoyed all characters who gave a "gift"
I couldn't wait to hear the next chapter
My biggest disappointment was that the book came to an end
I've listened to many personal development books and Linchpin would probably at or near the top of them. It is full of wise words describing those key persons in an organisation and the qualities they embody, if there is any book I'd likely listen a second time this is it.
