I love this wonky stuff. Everyone else in the family/car begged me to turn it off. We are not sure if it was read by a human or a computer.
The content though is brilliant.
I'm searching for the medium length version of this now.
It'd be great to know who the companies referred to were (but I know they'd never allow their names used).
So, all is well that ends well.
It's good information but the narration is tedious,
stopped paying attention about 10 minutes in.

John Kotter again proves his ability to make the change journey realistic and highlight the pitfalls
"good summary of mistakes in a transformation"
overall a good summary of the mistakes that lead to failure in a transformation.
