This book would be good to listen to in one siting because the points make sense in context together. It's less than an hour which is comfortable. I enjoyed stopping it from time to time and pondering the message. It can be listened to in sections with stopping points as the topic headings. Although if it can be listened to in one sitting that would be better.

Should have stressed that this was a short article and the word "Unabridged" should not appear in the description. It really is a very short read and while the info is OK. It is not worth the time and money.
