This isn't the greatest book out there on the subject but then again, it wasn't bad either. The narration was good but the narrator does move quickly so pay attention and try to keep up. Overall, I thought the material was very informative and educational.
Yes, it's nice to listen in the car on the long commute
The book definitely delivers great value as most of the questions answered in it are actually the questions most commonly asked, and also the most wrongly answered. Even if you disagree with the proposed answer it makes you think on how would you approach the same question(s)during your interview and thus be more prepared.
I need to put a disclaimer that I know the author from our collaborative work in Microsoft and I deeply respect his level of expertise which definitely brings some bias. However putting this aside the book is informative and reflects real life questions with good possible answers. Examples are very relevant to the answers I hear and expect then conducting interview myself.
The narration is OK but not great. For future I would recommend to have at least two different narrators for this type of book -- one who is reading the question and the second one who is reading the answer. I felt lost sometimes then the questions ends and the answer starts.
I am living in Dubai, and for a long time coaching other Arab friends about interviews. Now I am advising everyone I know to buy it and listen to it several times.
I wish we had it as a hard copy. The author is brilliant. I hope to have more of his wonderful work.
The material was OK. Nothing spectacular or noteworthy. I'm further in my career so most of the information was more review than revealing.
I couldn't even make it to a whole seven minutes. She may have had a very good message to tell, but I couldn't get there.
