As many of us who follow Lean and Six Sigma know we do so for knowledge. Simply reading a book or attending a class isn't always enough. I've read and listened to this and many other books regarding Lean Six Sigma. Both audio and hard copy together are the way to go. If you have a weak foundation in the principals, or are just starting out this probably isn't for you. There are many details that you probably won't understand. If you are a Black Belt or Master BB this may be for you. That of course depends on how well you understand the concepts.
Very little detail in the concepts or tools. A lot of references to their consulting practice or success stories. Detailed guidance on tools or case studies that include challenges or lessons learned from failures would have been helpful as well.
After finishing the audiobook I feel like I listened to a collect of blog posts or articles that are intended to drive engagement of their consulting business.
