Practical ways to influence, a must read

Having read 100s of business and self training books, this one is the most useful book I have come across, allowing you to implement all the good ideas from other books. A must read.

No, too much information to digest in one sitting.

Yes, the book gave practical advice that will challenge what we typically think will influence people's behavior.

What did you like best about this story?

The book outlines all of the sources of influence and explains the interaction between each of these sources. Many of these sources of influence are likely considered when companies plan an incentive program or attempt to influence change. With the research provided in the, it becomes much more clear how an incentive program or change program can fail.

What about Eric Conger’s performance did you like?

I prefer a narrator who is not "in the way" of the book. This narrator did a good job.

The stories of accomplishments using Simple studies of a problem then applying small behavior changes. Eliminating major problems with simple, easily applied changes are amazing.

It is difficult for me to explain how much I was impressed by the information presented in this book. I was Stunned!

It is a must read for everyone.

We may even be able to change Washington politics and regain our country's economy.

During a video I was watching, the presenter mentioned how this book changed his life! Well I finished this audio in less than 72 hours. I am going to pick up the second edition today and begin a notebook applying what I have learned to my business. I Highly Recommend All 3 Audio Books

I have listened to both "Crucial Conversations" and "Crucial Confrontations" by the same authors and enjoyed all 3 audiobooks.

My favorite is probably "Crucial Conversations" and you can read my review on that title. This is probably my 2nd favoratie. I think this one is has even more information. I do like the narrator of "Crucial Conversations" more and I like the format and easy of understanding concept of "Crucial Conversations" a bit more than this one.

There's nothing wrong with the narrator of this book. He has a fine voice, I just like the voice of the other narrator more.

This audiobook is unabridge which means it has more information and real-world stories. I really like the stories shared in this book. I'll probably buy the paperback version of this book as I did the other 2 books. The info is so valuable, I need to see it to fully absorb it.

I like these books so much, I'm hoping to find others in my area to meet with to work on these concept. I bought "Crucial Conversations" for 2 of my loved ones.

I'm trying to figure out how to impliment these techniques into my own life.

The authors don't waste time on cliches or platitudes. They do use clever phrases to help remember important concepts.

Like the focus on the power of stories to change minds. Or vicarious experiences.
